Rob Balko is Board-Certified by the National Certification Commission on Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed to practice acupuncture in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has had extensive training in many styles of acupuncture and has trained with world renowned acupuncturists Kiiko Matsumoto, Dr. Richard Tan, and Dr. Mark Seem.
He is a graduate of The Eastern School of Acupuncture in Montclair, NJ. Rob has received over 3,000 hours of training and continues to expand his skills with training in acupuncture as well as Pangu Shen Gong.Rob is a member of the New Jersey Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
Rob has direct clinical experience and positive results in the treatment of chronic and acute pain conditions, gynecological disorders, skin conditions, fatigue, stress, smoking cessation, fertility, weight loss, and emotional issues.
As an acupuncturist, Rob continues to receive training in areas relevant to his practice. In September of 2005 he trained with Dr. Richard Tan on his renowned Balance Method and uses this style extensively to help people heal from chronic pain issues.
In January of 2009, Rob was trained to use the Advanced Allergy Therapeutics(tm) system for Allergy Relief. It has long been established that acupressure can reduce or eliminate allergies and Rob has been helping many people breathe easier and enjoy their favorite foods again.
During most of 2008, Rob attended the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City, training in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs.
In February of 2007, Rob attended the TOBACUFREE smoking cessation training. This program is designed for people who want to quit and it is 100% guaranteed! Rob has been using the program for more than a year and the re-training has only strenghtened his resolve to help people quit for good.

In September of 2006, Rob trained with Dr Michael Berkley on Fertility and Childbirth at the Berkeley Center in NYC. This training has allowed him to pursue his goal of helping people create families.
